Surprisingly, it all began on a coach…..
Michael and Stella originally met 23 years ago on a coach to Slammin Vinyl (a Drum n Bass rave in Milton Keynes). From the moment they sat next to each other on the coach and danced in the rave, Michael had Stella laughing & wondering when they’d meet again…
Sparks flew at the Stratford Rex
A few raves later Michael and Stella met again at (one of the greatest raves of all time) ‘Best of British’ in the iconic old club venue ‘The Stratford Rex’. After dancing/sweating to the ShyFX set Stella and Michael went for a sit down on the balcony and shared their first kiss.
20 years
later!
Although things looked promising in the early days, Michael & Stella were both VERY young and life ultimately took over.
Over the years they occasionally bumped into each other but it took a pandemic for both of their lives to slow down and get back in touch.
Instagram and once again Drum & Bass meant their paths crossed once more, but this time there was a big spark!
The dating days
By the ripe old age of ‘a bit older’ Stella and Michael had so much more in common; their family values match was strong so it didn’t take long for love to spark. Stella lived in Brighton and Michael West London so there was of a lot of fun to be had getting to know one another in their hometowns. Plus….
